The mission of the CFC is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing all federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life.
The 3 Rivers/Pennsylvania West Combined Federal Campaign (0754) covers Western Pennsylvania, parts of Eastern Ohio and the West Virginia panhandle. They are the only Federal Employee and Military annual fundraising effort representing hundreds of Local, National and International Charities in the region.
