FAME accomplishes great feats with a small but dedicated staff of six team members and two interns. FAME's Executive Director has led the organization for over six years as the staff has purposely expanded to meet the needs of the students served. All FAME employees, motivated to address the regional need for educational equity, hold a deep personal commitment to the work of the organization.

FAME's staff is completely accessible to all Scholars, their families, members of the community, funders, and contributors.
