Anne Naqi

Anne M. Naqi is currently the Director, Human Resources Operations at EQT Corporation, an integrated energy company with emphasis on Appalachian area natural gas production, gathering, processing, transmission and distribution, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Naqi started her career with EQT in July 2001, as the Director, Human Resources ? NORESCO, based in Westborough, Massachusetts.

Mrs. Naqi has held a number of human resources positions in various companies, including AGFA in Boston, Massachusetts and Oxford Speaker Company in Chicago, Illinois. She has also taken a break from the human resources field to take on roles in technical support and MRP implementation.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Rhetorical Studies from Marquette University and Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University ? Chicago. She also maintains a Senior Human Resources Professional Certification from the Society of Human Resources Professionals.

Mrs. Naqi is the Chairperson of ASPIRE, a mentoring and scholarship program for local high school students, sponsored by the EQT Foundation. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Sewickley Valley YMCA, where she chaired the 2009 Caring and Sharing Campaign. She serves on the board of FAME ? Fund for Advancement of Minorities through Education as secretary and chair of the fund development committee.

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mrs. Naqi currently resides in Moon Township, Pennsylvania with her husband Waleed and their two sons, Daoud and Ali.
